Scape

Foodscape – a.k.a. Food Systems – will allow to

• interconnect the making and the eating of food items,
• link production to transformation to consumption – process and patterns,
• grasp the interrelations between the (tangible) act of having food and beverages in resonance with the (intangible) stories of experiencing pleasurable drinking/eating moments.

Foodscape encompass experiential, experimental and narrative moments and places.

In parallel, hands-on workshops are taking place on Klabfab (the Kitchen meeting the Lab meeting the Fab) and coCreationcamp.
